Insalata di orzo con zucchine tonno e anacardi

Ho lavato, asciugato e tagliato alla julienne 2 zucchine trombetta. Ho spezzettato filetti di tonno. Ho cotto al vapore 180 grammi di orzo. Ho aggiustato di sale e aggiunto zucchine e tonno con un filo di olio extra vergine di oliva. Ho impiattato, aggiunti granella di anacardi e glassa di aceto balsamico.

Pasticcio di melanzane

Mi è avanzato del ragù di carne. Ho lavato, tagliato e messo sotto sale due melanzane. Le ho ridotte a cubetti dopo circa un'ora. Le ho passate in padella con olio e granulare alle verdure. A fine cottura ho aggiunto il ragù e del pecorini morbido dolce grattugiato. Ho riposto un pirofila e passato in forno per  far gratinare. Ho lasciato intiepidire e servito il pasticcio come piatto unico accompanpgnando con pane carasau.

E' essenziale imparare a ricordare. Puoi decidere di perdonare scegliendo di avere, oltre alla testa un cuore. Non ricordare per eccessiva pigrizia o predisposizione e' solo, alla fine, sentirsi stupidi.

Pasta fredda di kamut con pomodorini spada e pistacchi

Ho cotto al dente 150 grammi di fusilli di kamut in non salata. Ho lavato tagliato e messo sotto sale grosso circa dieci pomodorini datterino per circa 1ora. Ho sfilettato 6 fettine ostili di spada affumicato. Ho sgusciato e tritato pistacchi freschi. Ho impiantato predisponendo una corolla di pomodorini, la pasta al centro con un piccolo incavo per spada e granella di pistacchi. Un filo di olio extra vergine per completare il tutto.
