Biscotti notturni tutto q.b.

Yogurt al pistacchio, 

succo di acero, 

fiocchi di avena, 

uvetta, 

succo di mela, 

amido di mais, 

lievito per dolci.

170 gradi per circa 20 minuti

I miei biscotti

200 grammi di ricotta. 3 cucchiai di miele di erba medica. 1 uovo. 5 cucchiai di fiocchi di avena. Farina tipo 2 q.b.. 1/2 cucchiaino di lievito.

180 gradi per 25 minuti.

I biscotti della mamy

400 grammi di farina 0 biologica, 200 grammi di zucchero bianco, 2 uova, 180 grammi di margarina, buccia di 1 limone grattuggiato, 1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci.

20 minuti a 150 gradi.

Non lo nego ... ho preso spunti tra varie ricette naturali perché, da qualche giorno, e per un po', l'alimentazione sarà ancora più curata ... e allora ...

300 grammi di farina tipo 2, 30 grammi di amido di mais, 30 g fiocchi di avena integrali, 300 ml di succo di mela 80 grammi di olio  di semi  bio, 1 bustina di lievito pasta madre 100 grammi di uvetta gigante ammollata nel succo di mela.

Ho mescolato tutti gli ingredienti e dopo 40 minuti a 180 gradi ... et voilà...
