Mini dessert domenicali

Ho preparato una crema con 100 grammi di mascarpone, 2 cucchiai di zucchero, 1 tuorlo d’uovo e una con 100 grammi di mascarpone e 100 grammi di cioccolato fondente al 70% sciolto a bagnomaria. Le ho lavorate entrambe energicamente con una frusta e alternate in mini barattolini.

Dessert in barattolo

Ho lavorato 150 grammi di mascarpone con 1 tuorlo d’uovo, 2 cucchiai di zucchero e 100 grammi di di cioccolato fondente sciolto a bagnomaria. Ho bagnato biscotti frollìni in caffè decaffeinato e fatto strati con biscotti e crema in piccoli barattolini da servire.

Ieri, dopo una giornata che non voleva raddrizzarsi, sono passata nella mia libreria preferita e me lo sono regalata. Perché già di per se passare in libreria e regalarsi qualche pagina è puro medicamento.  Pioveva mentre lo sceglievo e pioveva mentre ho iniziato a leggerlo qualche ora dopo sotto il piumone. È lui. È Pif. L’atmosfera quella già respirata nei suoi film. Si sente la sua voce tra queste righe che portano buon umore. A proposito, ha smesso di piovere.
